2. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Gables Bark & Learn services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding their pet's health, vaccination status, and behavioral history prior to service commencement.
• Ensure their pet is up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations as recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
• Adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Gables Bark & Learn staff during classes, workshops, or consultations.
• Be present and actively participate in owner-involved training sessions and classes.

3. Payments and Cancellations

All service fees are due as per agreed-upon terms at the time of booking. Specific payment schedules will be communicated for individual services.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within a certain timeframe (e.g., 24-48 hours prior to the service) may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit/payment. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Gables Bark & Learn, generally only for services not rendered due to company-initiated cancellations.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Gables Bark & Learn takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of pets and individuals, clients acknowledge that animal behavior can be unpredictable.

• Gables Bark & Learn is not responsible for injuries or damages that may occur to pets, persons, or property during training sessions, consultations, or while under our care, unless due to gross negligence on our part.
• Clients are solely responsible for their pet's actions and behavior at all times, especially when participating in group activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including texts, graphics, logos, and training materials, is the property of Gables Bark & Learn or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
